Local Order Pick Up - Kayaks (Seattle, WA only)

  • We are excited to announce that we now offer the convenient option of kayak pick up from our local shop in Seattle, Washington. To take advantage of this service, you can select the "order pick up" option on the shopping cart page.
  • Once you have made a purchase, your kayak will be ready for pick-up approximately 7 business days after the date of purchase. You will receive a phone call notifying you when your kayak is ready, and you can schedule a pick-up time at your convenience. It's important to be aware that our pick-up location may have limited hours of operation and may not be available on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates - Kayaks 

United States Washington and Oregon State Only: 

  • Kayaks are sizable goods requiring particular handling and delivery methods. We provide shipping through our premier freight transport partner. In addition, our triple-layer protection for packages guarantees the secure transportation of your kayak.
     -  Washington State Standard Shipping Fee: $150
     -  Oregon State Standard Shipping Fee: $200

    Predicted Delivery Time: 10 business days post-order placement.
  • Your shipping provider will reach out directly to arrange your delivery schedule. Ensure your contact details are accurate during checkout. The shipping charges we've listed apply to areas within our transport carrier's regular shipping zones.
  • An extra "beyond zone" fee may apply and additional transit time may be needed for zip codes outside these zones. Please understand that our shipping rates are valid only for the 48 contiguous states. Regrettably, we currently do not offer shipping services to Hawaii and Alaska.

    *Our delivery carriers may encounter delays. We are not responsible for any delays on the carrier's part once the order has been handed over to them. For more details, please get in touch with the carrier directly.

Inspect the delivered kayak before accepting your delivery

  • Upon receiving your kayak, it's critical to thoroughly examine it to ensure that all ordered items are present and that no harm occurred during transit. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our Customer Service for assistance immediately within 24-hours after receiving. 
  • If the kayak is signed for without noting any damage, or if the delivery driver leaves your premises before damage is reported, we will not be in a position to offer a replacement. Otherwise, you would be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which can range between $200 and $500, or you need to accept the kayak in its current condition

How to inspect your delivered kayak?

Once your kayak is delivered, remove any packaging and carry out a meticulous inspection for any major hull damages or minor damages.

Major hull damages may include: 

  1. Dents
  2. Holes
  3. Cracks   
If you find major hull damage: 
  • Take pictures 
  • Get a written record of the specific damages from the carrier before signing off any documents
  • Return the damaged kayak back to the carrier
  • Reach out to our Customer Service: for assistance immediately within 24-hours after receiving.

Minor damages may include: 

  1. Broken or missing parts
  2. Scratches and minor cuts
  3. Minor defects not affect the functionality of the product.

If you find minor damages:

  • Take pictures
  • Mark it on the Bill of Lading, accept the delivery, and get in touch with our Customer Service:


Kayak Return: 
  • We do not accept returns unless the rare event of significant hull damage to the kayak during shipment. Please ensure to go through the "How to inspect your delivered kayak?" section above. 
  • If you choose to return the kayak, it must be done within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that the return will be at your expense, both for the initial shipping fee of $299 and any subsequent return shipping costs. If you decide to return your purchase, email us at with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

*Important Note: To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must reach our distribution center in a "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. "Like New" implies the item(s) should show no signs of use or visible wear, and in the case of kayaks, they must not have been used on the water. If any wear or minor issues due to use are detected, the item(s) may be eligible for a “Refurbished Use” return, in which case a 40% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept and provide no refund for items that are damaged or display substantial signs of wear.
